This is the first issue of a doujinshi titled B.A.P.G.L.A.; whether there were more issues or not is unknown. It was published in July of 1976 by some young women who were allegedly shoujo mangaka by day. The title is an acronym for "British America Prefers Good Looks Association". This doujinshi is really more like a traditional zine, with more writing than drawings, and decidedly more erotic in tone than others in my collection. It contains a report of Gasworks at the Marquee Club in London, as well as note that there will be an upcoming review of the Rocky Horror Show at the Kings Road Theater.

Queen content is relatively scarce, but there is a written fantasy romance story with a couple of cut illustrations, as well as an alleged "scandal memo" page full of off-record gossip involving the band on their 1976 Japanese tour (the page notes that some of it may or may not be true). I won't be translating most of it, but Brian May's alleged "scandal" is decidedly tame to I have decided to post it here.

Supposedly, Brian and some roadies entered a bar where the yakuza were serving as the security and witnessed them picking fights with fans. When even the girl to his side was about to be kicked out, he panicked and yelled "NO!!! NO FIGHTING!!" and then something else the reporting party couldn't make out. He was so upset that he had tears in his eyes! But he was the only one raising his voice, and everyone else seemed kind of nonplussed. Then as he calmed down and came to his senses, he forced a smile at the roadies he was with (who also seemed unconcerned). They started teasing him and cheering him on. "Go Brian, you're so brave!" and so on. Apparently Brian turned beet red.
