Queen in Japanese Press

As one of the huge imported Western rock bands of the 70s, Queen appeared in countless Japanese publications, including magazines, books, musical scores, lyric compilations, and photobooks. Sometimes Japanese press contained previously printed English-language items simply translated into Japanese, but there are also many Japanese interviews and articles that have probably never yet been seen by English-speaking audiences. Queen also made several TV appearances when visiting the country, and appeared on radio shows as well.

This is my attempt to create a database of print and broadcast Queen content that appeared in Japan during the band's original run (c. 1973-1992). There is a LOT, and it's going to be under construction probably forever.
