Ongaku Senka (which translates roughly to “Music Specialist”), ran from 1967 to 1987 and was a popular music magazine for fans of Western music in Show-era Japan. Earlier issues are known for their uncanny cover illustrations, probably as a copyright workaround. They also had a tendency to feature bands on the cover without offering any real content on said bands inside. While Ongaku Senka didn't play as strong a role in introducing Queen to Japan as did Music Life, it's still a notable source of content. Its publisher, Ongaku Senkasha, dissolved in 2017, leaving little in the way of an Internet footprint. I’ve cobbled this list together from original research and will be adding to it as I can. Issues not listed here might still contain Queen content.
